Brake Disc Turning Machine: Make disc-type workpiece processing faster and better
2023-07-07
The CMFK-LS500 brake disc grinding machine uses a dual-channel control system for processing control; with a dual-column structure, the tool and grinding head can move independently, allowing for efficient rough and precision turning and direct grinding after double brake surface processing, resulting in higher efficiency. The high-rigidity spindle operation and three-jaw hydraulic chuck provide reliable clamping force. The grinding head is equipped with an eight-position hydraulic turret and can be equipped with an independent servo Y-axis. The machine uses multiple linear roller guides imported from abroad to enhance the large slider feed structure, ensuring high transmission efficiency and accurate positioning. The machine weighs over eight and a half tons, resulting in higher rigidity. The workpiece turning diameter is 500mm, expanding the range of machinable products.
The entire machine, including strength, dynamic and static stiffness, mechanical structure of key components, and protective features, is specially optimized designed for strong cutting ability, meeting the demands of the automotive parts, hydraulic components, and machinery industries. The internal protective folding cover uses a return structure to prevent debris and liquid from entering the cover, extending the service life of functional components. The internal protective design eliminates false tracks, resulting in a more balanced operation, and the secondary protection of the bearing seat effectively increases bearing life. The spiral adjustment pad makes it easy to adjust the level of the machine, while the leg-type bed base makes it easy to move the machine.
The brake disc grinding machine employs a high-rigidity bearing support structure, with the front-end bearing of the spindle adopting an imported double-row short cylindrical roller bearing and a 130BAR two-way thrust angle contact ball bearing with a contact angle of 30 degrees. The rear bearing adopts an imported double-row short cylindrical roller bearing. The X-axis and Z-axis use a large span design, and a larger specification of high-precision and high-rigidity roller linear guides and a high-precision ball screw are used to reduce transmission deformation, improve transmission accuracy and support rigidity, and achieve strong cutting.
The machine uses a high-performance automatic intermittent lubrication system that can promptly lubricate the bed rail, X/Z-axis screw, and ensure that all guide surfaces and longitudinal and transverse screws are always in good lubrication conditions. The programmable tool holder is driven by a servo motor, making it easy to change processing conditions and reduce tool adjustment time, enhancing production efficiency. It is equipped with a manually or automatically adjustable grinding wheel device, which is convenient and fast, ensuring the quality of grinding wheel dressing.
The brake disc grinding machine uses hydraulic clamping with clamping detection function to improve safety. It has automatic loading and unloading functions, can move back and forth, grab the workpiece, move up and down for cutting, and achieve automatic docking, ensuring coaxiality requirements. Both main spindles can process simultaneously, and it has a high degree of automation.
The CMFK-LS500 brake disc grinding machine is equipped with a new-generation dual-channel system, which is stable and reliable. It is suitable for long-term high-load precision cutting of disc and gear parts in the mechanical manufacturing, automotive, and motor industries. It can be used for both small and medium-sized batch production of multiple varieties and mass production in an automatic line.
